What surprised you most about getting started as a start-up?

The constant need to manage limited resources while achieving faster growth as compared to mature companies.

What one thing should every entrepreneur know but no one tells them?

Being the “boss” is actually the hardest job.

What is your morning ritual?

Catch up on updates (both internally and externally) and review/adjust my prioritization utilizing a 4 by 4 chart (urgency versus time required to complete as the matrix).

What is the best career advice you've received?

A company is defined by its people.

Is work-life balance a problem for you? What is one no-fail tactic you use to create balance?

No, because when you are working on achieving your beliefs, there are no boundaries between work and life.
