Hatch Pitch Announces Cyber Pitch 2021 Finalists & Judges

Cyber Pitch is Hatch Pitch’s startup pitch competition focused on innovative solutions to cybersecurity, privacy, and safety problems. On October 20, 2021, the 4 startups will compete head-to-head in Hatch Pitch’s Cyber Pitch competition at the Houston Cyber Summit.

The audience includes 100+ Fortune 500 CIOs and CISOs. Winners are selected by a large panel of judges, including investors and influencers. With more than $400M raised by past Hatch Pitch winners since 2012, including 12+ acquisitions, real-world investments and new customers are highly likely to follow.

THE 2021 CYBER PITCH FINALISTS ARE:

Allthenticate (Goleta, California) - The first cybersecurity company to offer a single solution for both physical access control and digital authentication, replacing legacy systems such as keys, passwords, smartcards, credit cards, and other hardware tokens with a single, secure smartphone app. Their patented technology (Single Device Authentication) is based on more than 10 years of research and is highly configurable to keep the usability vs. security balance in check.

The finalists will each have 3 minutes to pitch their startup before fielding questions from our on-air panel of judges. Then our scoring judges (on- and off-camera) will select the winners. The entire virtual audience also gets to weigh in with ranking the startups to select the crowd favorite.

Houston Cyber Summit is a gathering of experts in the business of cybersecurity from some of the largest businesses in Houston and Texas, as well as city, county, academic, and various government agencies. Cyber Pitch is run by Hatch Pitch, which has a 10 year history at SXSW in Austin, TX. Hatch Pitch helped put cyber companies like Distil Networks (acquired by Imperva) on the map, with a win at Hatch Pitch and a seed round led by one of our judges, John Frankel of ff Venture Capital.
