Cyber Pitch 2020 Winners Announced

Paqt wins Cyber Pitch at the Houston Cyber Summit

Hatch Pitch, the revolutionary startup pitch competition, announced its Cyber Pitch winners at the Houston Cyber Summit on October 22. The startups were hand selected for their interesting solutions to cybersecurity, privacy, and safety problems.

Each of the startups had four minutes to pitch their idea before answering questions from a panel of judges. The judges selected the overall winners with Paqt (1st), PixoAnalytics (2nd), and Clocr (3rd), while Clocr was selected as the Audience Favorite by viewers who submitted a scorecard.

We really appreciate the judges and coaches who provided great insights and assistance to our finalists. And to everyone who submitted a scoresheet with feedback and introductions to the finalists, you are truly helping our startups make life better,” said Greg Wright, the founder of Hatch Pitch.

The on-air judges were Rahul Sood (Co-Founder of Unikrn & Creator of Microsoft Ventures), Sue Jain (Senior Technology & Analytics Executive), Richard Munassi (Co-Founder of Blackfin Technology Partners & Blackfin Venture Partners). Off-air, but very active in the livestream chat, were scoring judges Ben Wilson (CTO, Google Energy), Roger Casals (Founder & CEO, Plazah); Kerty Levy (Managing Director, Techstars); Sajeev Prelis (Partner, CyberGuard Compliance LLP); Yale Zhang (Founder, Safe Heart); Dennis Dayman (President, SURVIVR); Juliette Richert (Associate, The Artemis Fund); Roberto Moctezuma (Founder & CEO, Fractal River); Mark Streich (Co-Founder, SquareFairy); Paulo Machado (CEO & Founder, Health Innovation Partners); Bart Bohn (Director, Blackstone LaunchPad); Jake McKee (CEO, Community5); Katie Baker (Director and advisor); Kyle Cox (Partner, ATP); Mike Steely (Co-Founder, Vocool); Thor Schueler (Senior Director, Avanade); Steve Forte (Managing Partner, Fresco Capital).

Hatch Pitch will return in March 2021 for the Hatch Pitch Digital Summit.
